By using https://zipypost.com/ and/or availing services from ZipyPost Tech Private Limited you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”):
- "ZipyPost" means ZipyPost Tech Private Limited.
- "Customer" means the person or entity using ZipyPost services.
- "Services" includes shipping, courier, fulfilment, pickup, delivery, reverse logistics, COD handling, warehousing, tracking and related services offered via https://zipypost.com/ or otherwise.
- "Shipment" means any parcel, consignment or goods entrusted to ZipyPost for transport, delivery or return.
2. Scope
These T&C govern your access to and use of ZipyPost’s website, platform, APIs and Services. By registering, booking, or using the Services you accept and agree to these T&C.
3. Payment Terms
- All fees for Services are due within five (5) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Overdue amounts may attract interest or late fees and ZipyPost may suspend or withhold Services until dues are cleared.
- Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other levies) unless expressly specified.
4. Service Use & Liability
- Customers must provide accurate shipment details (address, PIN, contact number, weights, dimensions, declared value and contents).
- ZipyPost and its delivery partners will exercise reasonable care in handling shipments; however, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Liability for loss, damage or delay is subject to declared value, insurance (if opted), applicable limits and these T&C.
5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
You must not ship items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable (unless agreed), or otherwise restricted under applicable law or courier partner policies. ZipyPost reserves the right to refuse, detain or dispose of any shipment suspected to contain prohibited items and to notify authorities as required.
6. Returns, Reverse Logistics & COD
- Returns and reverse logistics will be managed according to ZipyPost’s return policies and operational guidelines provided to the Customer.
- For Cash‑On‑Delivery (COD) shipments, ZipyPost will collect funds on behalf of the Customer and remit as per the agreed settlement cycle. COD fees, remittance timelines and dispute procedures will be governed by ZipyPost’s pricing policy.
7. Packaging & Customer Obligations
- Customers are responsible for adequate packaging and labeling of shipments to prevent damage in transit.
- Customers must comply with all applicable laws, customs and regulatory requirements and ensure shipments do not infringe third‑party rights.
- Customers agree to pay additional charges for failed deliveries, extended storage, returned consignments, or amendments requested after pickup.
8. Force Majeure & Limitations
ZipyPost shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or acts of third‑party partners. Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, ZipyPost’s liability is limited to declared value or service invoice value, whichever is lower.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on https://zipypost.com/ (software, design, text, logos, images) is owned by ZipyPost or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use the content without prior written consent. Customer feedback or suggestions may be used by ZipyPost in anonymized form without compensation.
10. Privacy
ZipyPost collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services you consent to such processing.
11. Amendment of Terms
ZipyPost reserves the right to modify these T&C from time to time. Updated terms will be effective from the "Last updated" date shown at the top. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
